Screed Repair, Polished Concrete Finish & Anti-slip Coating

Creid were engaged to develop a solution to a failed screed over 5 floors of office interior in a repurposed building project in North London. The project specified coating could not be applied as the existing screed over hollow core slab was to friable to be bonded to. Creid were able to strengthen the screed to the point where a polished concrete finish could be produced and an anti-slip anti microbial coating finished it off producing an aesthetic floor which complimented the buildings industrial and exposed look.
